PAYMENT
The Maxwell Street Foundation will ship orders upon full payment received at the time of the order, for each and every order.
SHIPPING
The Maxwell Street Foundation is not responsible for damages or losses incurred to products it ships to purchasers, and offers in good faith that products are shipped in good condition. Sufficient packaging is described in the product description for each product.
DELIVERY
The Maxwell Street Foundation will provide a tracking number for all orders shipped to the email address listed on the order form, except for USPS First Class mail. Items are shipped using global rates for delivery as selected by the purchaser on the order form, with the exception of the Maxwell Street Collection portfolio which requires a special handling fee and insurance.
REFUND AND EXCHANGES
The Maxwell Street Foundation does not offer refunds or exchanges for items sold to purchasers.
